Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to orders placed on www.rishivaidik.com for products sold under the brand RISHI VAIDIK, operated by GargVeda Naturals, within India.
1. When Refunds Are Allowed
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

Product received in damaged or leaking condition.

Product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered.

Product received is expired or has a clear manufacturing defect.
Products that are opened, used, partially used, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund, except where a genuine defect is confirmed by our team.
You must raise a refund request within 1 day of delivery, along with clear photos or videos (preferably an unboxing video) showing the issue.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Once approved, we will confirm whether the product needs to be returned and provide further instructions.
3. Refund Turnaround Time (TAT)
After your refund request is approved and, where applicable, the product is received at our facility:

Verification at our warehouse: within 24–48 working hours of receipt.

Refund initiation: within 2–4 working days after successful verification.

Credit to your account: typically 3–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Overall, refunds generally reflect in your account within 5–10 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
4. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed as follows:
Prepaid Orders
(Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet)
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout, subject to the policies of the payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds will be processed via NEFT/IMPS bank transfer or as store credit/coupon, as communicated during the refund process.
Customers must provide accurate bank details, including:

We are not responsible for delays or failed transfers resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Store Credit
In certain cases, we may offer store credit or a coupon code instead of a monetary refund. Such credits can be used for future purchases on www.rishivaidik.com within the specified validity period.
No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Unless received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, the following items are not eligible for a refund:
