Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed on www.rishivaidik.com for products sold under the brand Rishi Vaidik, operated by GargVeda Naturals, within India.

1. Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship orders only within India.

  • Delivery is subject to the serviceability and coverage of our third-party courier partners at your PIN code.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of successful payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen operational constraints, processing times may be slightly longer. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro and major cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

  • Other locations and remote areas: 5–10 business days from dispatch, subject to courier coverage and local conditions.

  • All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • An additional Cash on Delivery (COD) fee of ₹30 may apply per order, regardless of order value.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided or through the courier partner's website using the tracking ID.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact details.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an unreachable phone number, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we may:

    • Refund the order amount after deducting applicable two-way shipping and handling charges; or

    • Re-ship the order to an updated address, subject to additional shipping charges.

7. Delivery Attempts and Non-Availability

  • Courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts.

  • If you are unavailable or refuse delivery, the shipment may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

  • Any re-delivery or refund, where applicable, will be processed according to our policies and may be subject to deduction of shipping charges.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or logistics disruptions

  • Natural disasters or adverse weather conditions

  • Strikes, lockdowns, or civil disturbances

  • Technical or operational issues affecting courier networks

Such delays do not entitle customers to compensation or damages. However, we will provide reasonable assistance in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

9. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items

  • Please do not accept any shipment that appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened.

  • If you discover damage, leakage, missing items, or an incorrect product after delivery, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Please email care@rishivaidik.com with your order details and clear photos/videos (preferably an unboxing video) so that we can review your request in accordance with our Refund Policy.

10. Ownership and Risk

  • Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon successful delivery of the shipment to the provided delivery address or to any person authorized to receive the package.

  • We are not responsible for loss or theft of packages after delivery has been confirmed by the courier partner.

11. Policy Changes

  • GargVeda Naturals reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time.

  • Any changes will become effective upon publication on this page.

  • Continued use of the website and placement of orders after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
